Synopsis

Ghoul visits Doctor Rachel Deming, the only other survivor of the Exiles, and she informs him where the Exiles are buried. Ghoul visits the cemetery and tries to communicate with their souls, but too much time has passed and can only catch glimmers of his former teammates. He confides that he senses death around his new teammate, Pixx, and wants to try to save her. He then goes to meet with the rest of Ultraforce at the White House, where they have a meeting with the President of the United States of America. While Prototype, Prime and Prototype are well known to the public, the other members of Ultraforce inform the President who they are and give a brief origin. With the President's blessing, Ultraforce addresses the public by stating their mission of providing confidence to the public that ultras are taking responsible for themselves and that they are going to stop Atalon from capturing more nuclear weapons and to retrieve the ones he has already stolen. When they all arrive on Contrary's airship, Hardcase sends the members of Ultraforce to recruit other known ultras including Mantra, the Strangers, the Solution and Night Man. Meanwhile, Contrary continues to manipulate the members of Ultraforce for her own machinations of power. In the middle of Hardcase negotiating with the Strangers, Contrary teleports him back to the airship to inform him of Atalon's recent attack on Russian military bases. Before long, Contrary's manipulations backfire and a big fight occurs on her airship. Prototype and Prime want to go to Russia without their government's support but Hardcase forbids them, which starts the fight. After the fight, Prime feels betrayed and leaves the team. Atalon attacks a Russian nuclear submarine and builds an island with his gravitational powers, which will provide a base for his people, the Fire People.
